Before requesting a booth, we recommend that you read the IPAS rules for renting a booth and attending the exhibition.

1- Since this is the first time this system is used to manage participants and visitors of the IPAS exhibition, it is necessary for all applicants to create an account and then continue the next steps of applying for a booth.

2. Creating a user account is only for accessing the registration system, so in order to attend the exhibition and rent a booth, you must perform the following actions after logging in to your user account (read the rules):

  1. Registration of legal information of the company
  2. Registration of booth request
  3. Payment on account
  4. View the exhibition plan
  5. Booth selection
  6. Waiting for confirmation and booth reservation
  7. Introduction of exhibitors
